Medallions and Plaques
Medallions will be presented to players at the awards ceremony that will wrap up each camp. 

In recognition of YAS' unique triple objective to:

(a) develop and improve basketball skills,
(b) to foster positive competitive attitudes, and
(c) to promote wellness and physical fitness,

medallion recipients will be decided on the basis of players' basketball
skills improvement and their positive competitive behaviour. 
 
Each player will be equally eligible to receive a medallion, regardless of their athletic ability and
basketball experience.  

Each player who has graduated from one or more YAS camps during five or more summers
will receive a personalized YAS plaque in September after all sessions are completed.

Note
There are no MVP, all-star, scoring leader or similar individualistic awards at YAS.
